By creating an account or using Acazen in any way — including browsing, chatting with the AI, or accessing any feature — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Acazen.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. Both documents together form your legal agreement with Acazen.
Section 02
Eligibility & Minors
Acazen is open to all students. However the following rules apply:
Users aged 18 or above may register and use Acazen independently
Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian before creating an account or using Acazen
By registering, users under 18 confirm that their parent or guardian has read and agreed to these Terms on their behalf
Acazen reserves the right to terminate accounts where parental consent cannot be confirmed for users under 13
One account per person — mobile number verification is used to enforce this
Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's use of Acazen and ensuring it is appropriate for them.
Section 03
Your Account
When you create an Acazen account you agree to the following:
You will provide accurate and truthful information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must not share your account with anyone else — one account is for one person only
You must not create multiple accounts — duplicate accounts detected via mobile verification will be suspended
You must notify us immediately at acazensai@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
Acazen is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure
Section 04
Acceptable Use Policy
Acazen is a learning platform. You agree to use it only for lawful, educational purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
You must NOT:
Send, request or generate explicit, sexual, pornographic or adult content of any kind
Spam the AI with repetitive, meaningless, abusive or deliberately disruptive messages
Use Acazen to bully, harass or intimidate any person
Attempt to manipulate, jailbreak or bypass Acazen' AI safety systems
Use Acazen to generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, self-harm or illegal activity
Impersonate another student, teacher or any other person
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or steal any part of Acazen' technology, code or content
Use automated bots, scripts or tools to access Acazen in any way
Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
Use Acazen for any commercial purpose without written permission from Acazen
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy will trigger our Warning & Ban System described in Section 5.
Section 05
Warning & Ban System
Acazen takes misuse seriously. Any student found spamming the platform, requesting explicit or inappropriate content, or violating the Acceptable Use Policy will be subject to the following three-strike system:
Three-Strike Warning System
1st
⚠️ First Warning — Official Notice
A formal in-app warning is issued. The violation is logged against your account. You are reminded of the Acceptable Use Policy and informed that a second violation will result in a temporary suspension.
2nd
🔶 Second Warning — Temporary Suspension
Your account is temporarily suspended for a period determined by the severity of the violation (typically 7–30 days). You will be notified by email. During suspension you cannot access any Acazen feature. Active subscriptions are paused but not refunded for the suspension period.
3rd
🚫 Third Strike — Permanent Ban
Your account is permanently and irrevocably banned from Acazen. All data associated with the account is deleted. No refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period. Acazen reserves the right to block re-registration from the same mobile number and device.
In cases of extremely severe violations — including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, threats of violence, or attempted platform attacks — Acazen reserves the right to issue an immediate permanent ban without prior warnings and to report the matter to relevant Indian law enforcement authorities.
Section 06
AI, Chat & Training
Acazen is powered by AI. By using the platform you acknowledge and agree to the following:
The AI responses provided by Acazen are for educational assistance only — they are not professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial or otherwise)
Acazen AI can make mistakes. Always verify important information from authoritative sources
Your chat conversations and learning interactions with Acazen may be used in anonymised, de-identified form to train and improve Acazen' own AI models and teaching systems
You retain ownership of the content you input. By using Acazen you grant Acazen a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use anonymised versions of that content to improve the platform
You must not input any other person's personal data, confidential information or copyrighted material into the Acazen chat
Section 07
Subscription Plans & Payments
Acazen offers the following individual subscription plans:

Base access. Limited usage. No payment required.
Pro
Enhanced access with more features unlocked.
Topper Plan
20× usage vs Free. Full feature access.
AIR 1
Unlimited usage. Every feature. No limits.
Payment & Billing
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Acazen never stores your payment card details.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout
You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
You may only hold one active paid plan at a time. To purchase a different plan, you must first cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end, or wait until the current billing period concludes
Refund Policy
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of initial purchase if the service was not accessible due to a technical fault on Acazen' side
No refunds are issued for change of mind, partial use of the subscription period, or accounts suspended or banned for violating these Terms

Section 08
B2B & Institutional Plans
Acazen offers two institutional plans for schools, colleges and coaching centres:
Topper Maker
All enrolled students receive the Topper Plan.
AIR 1 Maker
All enrolled students receive the AIR 1 (unlimited) plan.
The institution is responsible for ensuring all enrolled students comply with these Terms of Service
Institutions should obtain appropriate parental consent for any enrolled students under 18
Acazen reserves the right to terminate institutional access if the institution or its students are found to be in material breach of these Terms
Section 09
Acazen Ad Studio
Acazen Ad Studio allows publishers, stationery brands and coaching institutes to advertise to students on a contextual basis. The following terms apply to all advertisers:
All advertisements must comply with Indian advertising standards and applicable law
Acazen reserves the right to reject, remove or suspend any advertisement at its sole discretion
Advertisers may not use Ad Studio to promote illegal products, adult content, gambling, alcohol, tobacco or any content inappropriate for students
Advertisers receive only anonymised, aggregated campaign statistics — no personal data of any student is shared with advertisers under any circumstances
Acazen does not guarantee specific impression counts, click rates or conversion results
Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their ad content
Section 10
Exam Results & Limitation of Liability
Acazen is an AI-powered learning aid. It is not a guarantee of academic success, marks, grades or examination results.
By using Acazen, you fully acknowledge and agree that:
Acazen is not responsible if a student scores low marks, fails an examination, does not qualify for a college, coaching institute or job, or experiences any academic setback — regardless of how long or how regularly they used Acazen
Academic outcomes depend on a wide range of personal factors including effort, consistency, health, examination conditions and many other variables entirely outside Acazen' control
Acazen AI can make errors, provide incomplete explanations or give responses that may not be perfectly aligned with a specific exam board's marking scheme — students must cross-check important answers with their teachers and official study materials
Acazen does not guarantee that its content is always accurate, up-to-date or aligned with every syllabus revision made by exam boards
Acazen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated content for academic purposes
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Acazen' total liability to any user for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in subscription fees in the three months preceding the claim.
Section 11
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to Acazen — including but not limited to the following — belong exclusively to Acazen:
The Acazen name, logo, brand identity and all associated trademarks
The TWI (Teaching-With-Intelligence) biometric engine and all related systems
AcazBrain — the persistent cognitive profiling system
All platform code, UI design, features, algorithms and AI models
All content, flashcards, exam questions and educational material generated by Acazen
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify or create derivative works from any part of Acazen without prior written permission.
Section 12
Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time:
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Acazen reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation
Upon termination, your right to use Acazen ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination
Section 13
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Acazen shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir, India
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact Acazen at acazensai@gmail.com and allow 30 days for an attempt at resolution
Section 14
Changes to These Terms
Acazen may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, new features, legal requirements or business practices.
When material changes are made, we will notify you via in-app notice or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect
The updated Terms will always be available at acazen.com/terms
Continued use of Acazen after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Acazen and may delete your account
